Cap. 599 Art. 9Licence Certificate.

(1) Once the Superintendent deems an application satisfactory, he shall issue a Licence Certificate, together with any necessary licence conditions, which shall be valid for five (5) years from the date of issue.

(2) The operator shall, at all times, display such Licence Certificate, or a copy thereof, in a prominent place within the crematorium.
