Title III of Title I of Book First of the Civil Code.
The provisions of the Civil Court (Family Section), the First
Hall of the Civil Court and the Court of Magistrates (Gozo) (Superior Jurisdiction) (Family Section) Regulations applicable to cases of personal separation, shall apply mutatis mutandis to any action filed in accordance to this Part.
