Cap. 614 Art. 31Cohabitations constituted by virtue of a contract.

This Act shall have no effect on those cohabitations constituted by virtue of a contract which were registered prior to the entry into force of the said Act. Such cohabitations shall remain to be regulated by the dispositions which were in effect at the time when they were constituted and registered.
