Title VII of Part I of Book Second of the Code of Organization and
(1) The following provisions of the Racecourse Betting
Ordinance shall be repealed:
(a) articles 4 and 5; and
(b) paragraphs (a) to (c), (e) and (f) of article 14.
(2) The provisions of this article shall only come into force on such date as the Minister responsible for sport may, by notice in the Government Gazette, prescribe.
