Cap. 622 Art. 21Suspension or revocation of warrant or cancellation of registration.

(1) The Warranting Board shall within one (1) month from when the warrant holder is notified, abide by the decision of the

Periti Professional Conduct Board or, in the case of an appeal therefrom, the decision of the Court of Appeal.

(2) The Warranting Board shall notify the revocation of a warrant or cancellation of registration or suspension of the certificate to practise, as the case may be, in the Gazette.
