(1) The Board may establish committees, composed of at least one (1) member of the Board and other persons who may be invited to participate in the committee, to address particular issues as may be assigned to it by the Board.

(2) The Board shall also establish the committees required to be composed either by this Act, by the Anti-Doping Regulations, by the Prevention of Corruption in Sport Act, or by any other special law which requires the Authority to establish such committees.
