Cap. 631 Art. 48Filing of documents to the Registrar for registration.

(1) Upon the filing of a preventive restructuring application, the issue of a preventive restructuring order, the appointment and termination of the appointment of an insolvency practitioner and the appointment of a replacement thereof, the filing of an application for the termination of a preventive restructuring order, or the order of the Court terminating the preventive restructuring procedure for any reason, the Registrar of Courts shall forthwith submit a copy of any such application, Court order or other relevant document to the competent authority.

(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of sub-article (1), a copy of the restructuring plan, as may be attached to an application or order, shall not be delivered to the Registrar together with such application or order.
