Cap. 636 Art. 10Power of the Minister to make regulations.

The Minister may make regulations to implement and to give better effect to the provisions of this Act, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, may provide for any consequential matter, incidental to or connected with the provisions of this Act.
