(1) During the month of January of every year, the

Authority shall publish in the Government Gazette:

(a) a list of the licensed service providers; and

(b) a list of the licensed service providers whose licence has been revoked throughout the previous calendar year and any changes in the conditions required for licensing or renewal.

(2) The Authority shall ensure to publish online the same lists and also to update the said lists online at the end of every month.
