Cap. 653 Art. 26Exemption from liability.

No liability, criminal or civil, shall attach to any member of the Board for any action done, or omitted to be done in good faith in the discharge or purported discharge of any function as a member thereof. The same shall apply to the officers exercising their functions within the designated Directorate within the Ministry responsible for foreign affairs.
