Cap. 9 Art. 158Harbouring of criminals.

Whosoever shall knowingly harbour or cause to be harboured any person against whom there is a warrant of arrest for any offence liable to imprisonment for a term exceeding three months, or for whom the Executive Police is searching for the purpose of arresting him for any such offence, or who has escaped from arrest for any such offence, shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term from three days to three months.
