Cap. 9 Art. 238Provoking tumult or affray for the purpose of committing homicide or causing a bodily harm.

Whosoever shall provoke a tumult or an affray for the purpose of committing a homicide or of causing a bodily harm, shall, on conviction, be liable -

(a) if any person is killed, to the punishment established for wilful homicide;

(b) if any person suffers a bodily harm, to the punishment established for such bodily harm increased by one degree.
