(1) Whosoever aids, abets or instigates any offence under this Sub-title shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to the punishment laid down for the offence aided, abetted or instigated and articles 42 and 43 shall apply mutatis mutandis.

(2) An attempt to commit any offence referred to in this Sub-title shall be punishable as a criminal offence, and article 41 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
