Cap. 9 Art. 343Disqualification on conviction under article 340 (a).

On conviction for a contravention under article 340(a), the court shall, besides awarding punishment, order the offender to be disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence to carry a firearm of the class or description used in the commission of the contravention (including any airgun) for a period of twelve months.
