Cap. 9 Art. 426Expenses for summoning witnesses on behalf of party havingfreelegal aid.

Where, in the cases referred to in article 420, the party is assisted by the Advocate for Legal Aid, or by another advocate assigned by the court in his stead, the expenses for the summoning of witnesses shall provisionally be defrayed by the Police.
