Cap. 9 Art. 469Duties of foreman of jury.
Title V of Part I of Book Second of this Code shall
The foreman of the jury shall collect the votes of the other jurors in respect of each verdict, noting down against the name of each juror respectively the vote given by such juror, and shall finally add his own vote; and after counting the votes, and ascertaining the concurrence of at least six votes, he shall write down the verdict to be returned, which he shall lay before the other jurors.
