Cap. 9 Art. 519Duty of court to provide for adequate defence of accused.
Title V
It shall be the duty of the courts of criminal justice to see to the adequate defence of the parties charged or accused; and it shall not be necessary to appoint a curator in cases where the party charged or accused has not attained his majority.
