The provisions of articles 570, 574, 578, 579, 580, 583,

584, 585, 586, 590, 592, 598, 599, article 602(1) and article 605 of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure shall also apply to the courts of criminal justice and the said articles 570, 574, 583,

590, and 592 shall moreover apply to any proceedings under Title

II of Part II of Book Second of this Code.
