Cap. 9 Art. 651Challenge of experts.

(1) The experts may be challenged only on the same grounds on which a judge may be challenged.

(2) The challenge shall be made in the manner and within the terms laid down in the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure for the challenge of experts in civil causes.
