S.L. 10.2 Art. 4Duties of licensee.

(1) It shall be the duty of the licensee to keep every part of the premises used for any purpose as provided in regulation 2 in a good and proper state as regards ventilation, cleanliness and other conditions affecting heath.

(2) It shall be the duty of the licensee to furnish the auditorium with electric fans or other similar devices to the satisfaction of the Chief Government Medical Officer and to cause the same to be kept working at all necessary times.
