The cases to be heard by the First, the Second and the Fourth

Chambers of the Court of Appeal shall be distributed in as much as possible equal manner amongst those chambers unless ordered otherwise by the Chief Justice or, with regard to a particular case or cases, by one of the chambers of the Court of Appeal.
