The price payable for the acquisition of a grave in any

Government cemetery (inclusive of the consideration for the site)

shall be €8,000:

Provided that the provisions of this article shall not apply to the price payable for the acquisition of a constructed grave in any Government cemetery, inclusive of the consideration for the grant of the site, in favour of applicants who had already entered into a preliminary agreement with the Government prior to the coming * into force of this Order.
