S.L. 171.2 Art. 3Exemption from port work.

For the purposes of article 20 of the Ordinance, it is hereby prescribed that the Ordinance shall not apply to the handling of -

(a) cargo transported between the Islands of Malta and

Gozo and Comino;

(b) coke or coal in bulk other than bagged coke or coal;

(c) oils or wines in bulk;

(d) cattle, horses or other animals;

(e) fish from fishing vessels;

(f) bitumen in bulk;

(g) accompanied motor vehicles;

(h) accompanied commercial vehicles of a cargo capacity of 10 tons or less.
