S.L. 171.2 Art. 8Port workers to work with tools provided by employer.

(1) Port workers shall work with the tools and equipment provided by their employer.

(2) Port workers who fail to comply with the requirements of sub-regulation (1) shall be reported by the Authority to the Port

Workers Board for any action the Board may deem proper to take.
