S.L. 226.2 Art. 2Interpretation. Cap. 226.

(1) Unless otherwise defined in these regulations, words and expressions used herein shall have the same meaning assigned to them as in the Act.

(2) In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires: "the Act" means the Territorial Waters and Contiguous Zone

Act; "internal waters" means the waters on the landward side of the baselines from which the breadth of the territorial waters are measured;

"territorial waters" has the same meaning assigned to it by article 3 of the Act.
