S.L. 318.2 Art. 2Interpretation.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -

"the Act" means the Social Security Act;

"officer administering the oath" means the Director of Social Services and any other officer in his Department authorised by the Minister to administer oaths for the purpose of the proper performance of his functions under and in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
