In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -"the Act" means the Industrial Development Act;

"the Corporation" means the Malta Development Corporation;

"Minister" means the Minister responsible for industry; "qualifying support service" means a service carried on or carried out by a qualifying company whose sole trade or business consists in an activity specified in regulation 3.
