S.L. 33.3 Art. 7Handling of fireworks.

(1) No person shall handle or be allowed to handle any fireworks, or loiter within the boundaries of a fireworks factory unless he is in possession of a licence "A", "B" or "D".

(2) The licensee of a fireworks factory shall set up signs indicating the presence of the factory at a safe distance from such factory on every road, lane or path leading to the said factory.
