S.L. 35.24 Art. 2Fees.

(1) The fees specified in the Schedule shall be payable to the

Passport Officer in respect of the services therein mentioned.

(2) The passport officer may, for justified medical reasons, waive the additional fees payable in respect of an application for the issuance of a fast track passport issued during office hours as well as after office hours.
