S.L. 363.1 Art. 13Approvalofannual budget.

(1) The Council shall consider, and if necessary revise, and approve the annual budget as stipulated in article 56 of the Act.

(2) The Secretary shall submit a copy of the Council’s approved annual budget to the Minister within the time limit stipulated in article 56 of the Act.
