S.L. 363.113 Art. 7Penalties.

Any person who is in breach of any of the provisions of these Bye-Laws shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine (ammenda) of sixty- five euro (€65.00) for such contravention, and to a further fine (ammenda) of ten euro (€10.00) for every day during which any of the provisions of these Bye-Laws is breached. [
