S.L. 37.6 Art. 2Importedcigarettes to have band affixed to containers.

It shall not be lawful to import into these Islands or to take out of bond any imported cigarettes unless the packet, box or container immediately enclosing the cigarettes has been sealed by means of a band or stamp issued by the Comptroller of Customs.
