S.L. 370.5 Art. 13Reports by external auditors.

The subject person shall ensure that its external auditors report at least annually to the competent authority on the adequacy of the subject person’s arrangements under Article 16(8), (9) and

(10) of MiFID and Chapter II of the Commission Delegated Directive as transposed in these regulations.
