S.L. 373.2 Art. 1Citation and scope.
(1) The title of these regulations is the National
Coordinating Committee on Combating Money Laundering and Funding of Terrorism Regulations.
(2) The objective of these regulations is to establish and provide for the functions, powers and procedures of the National Coordinating Committee on Combating Money Laundering and Funding of Terrorism.
