(1) It is hereby authorised that due to oversubscription in Lm10,000,000 6.9% Malta Government Stock 2002 (III) an additional issue of Lm2,500,000 6.9% Malta Government Stock 2002 (III) be issued thus bringing the amount of 6.9% Malta Government Stock 2002 (III) created by means of Legal Notice 116

of 1995 to a total amount of Lm12,500,000.

(2) This additional amount shall be allotted to those applicants who have already applied to subscribe to this stock by the 26th September, 1995.
