S.L. 393.8 Art. 2Additional issue.

(1) It is hereby authorised that due to oversubscription in €17,470,300.49 7.8% Malta Government Stock 2013 (I) an additional issue of €62,310,738.41 7.8% Malta Government Stock 2013 (I) be issued thus bringing the amount of 7.8% Malta Government Stock 2013 (I) created by means of Legal Notice 147

of 1997 to a total amount of €79,781,038.90.

(2) The half yearly contribution to the sinking fund according to paragraph 6 of Legal Notice 147 of 1997 shall be raised from €174,703.00 to €797,810.39.

(3) All applications received by the closing date 18th October, 1997 will be accepted.
