S.L. 401.5 Art. 2Additional issue.

(1) It is hereby authorised that due to oversubscription in

€23,293,733.99 7.2% Malta Government Stock 2008 (II) an additional issue of €46,587,467.97 7.2% Malta Government Stock 2008 (II) be issued thus bringing the amount of 7.2% Malta Government Stock 2008 (II) created by means of Legal Notice 160 of 1998 to a total amount of €69,881,201.96.

(2) The half yearly contribution to the sinking fund according to paragraph 6 of Legal Notice 160 of 1998 shall be raised from €232,937.34 to €698,812.02.
