S.L. 406.19 Art. 2Rate of interest.

The interest applicable in terms of article 21(4) of the

Value Added Tax Act shall be at the rate of zero point six per cent

(0.6%):

Provided that for balances of tax which became payable by st taxable persons before 1 September 2022, interest at the rate of zero point three, three per cent (0.33%) shall continue to apply.
