Notwithstanding the provisions of these regulations, the Authority may, in consultation with the Minister, after giving due advance and reasoned notice to licensees, review and amend its policy in relation to the allowable methods and channels of promotion of timeshare and timeshare-like products; in particular, the promotion, offering and selling activities normally carried out by an OPC representative and revoke such OPC representative licences or withhold their renewal.
