S.L. 41.2 Art. 14Responsibilities of licensees.

The affixing of a band or other sealing device across the cap of a bottle containing alcoholic beverage, shall not in any way exempt the licensee in respect thereof from the obligations, responsibilities or other requirements prescribed by these Regulations or by any other law.
