S.L. 41.2 Art. 21Forgery of dies, etc.

Any person who forges a die, stamp, or mark used by the Comptroller or who forges a band or other sealing device to be affixed to bottles of alcoholic beverages or who has in his possession any such forged die, stamp, mark, band or other sealing device, shall be guilty of an offence against these Regulations.
