S.L. 419.2 Art. 7Validity of licence and payment of fee.

(1) Any licence granted by the Authority shall be valid for one year from the date of the grant, renewable from year to year.

(2) Prior to the grant or renewal of any such licence, the applicant shall pay to the Director of Industry a licence fee of eleven euro and sixty-five cents (€11.65).
