S.L. 425.7 Art. 7Registration, licensing and fees.

(1) Vessel registration and license fees shall be paid in accordance with Schedule II.

(2) Unless a licence indicates otherwise, the duration of a fishing licence shall be for a period of one (1) year from its date of issue, and for a period of twenty-four (24) hours in the case of each fishing trip.
