S.L. 433.27 Art. 21Monitoring of conservation varieties.

The Directorate shall ensure by means of official monitoring carried out during production and marketing, that the seeds of conservation varieties comply with these regulations, particularly taking into account the variety, the location of the seed production and quantities.
