Annualandbiennialplants, Without prejudice to the provisions applicable to the other than Gramineae, plants, where appropriate, listed in Schedule III(A)(11), intendedforplanting,other (13), and Schedule IV(A)(I)(25.5), (25.6), (32.1), than seeds, originating in (32.2), (32.3), (33), (34), (35.1) and (35.2), official countries other than statement that the plants: European and - have been grown in nurseries, Mediterranean countries - are free from plant debris, flowers and fruits, - have been inspected at appropriate times and prior to export, - found free from symptoms of harmful bacteria, viruses and virus-like organisms, and - either found free from signs or symptoms of harmful nematodes, insects, mites and fungi, or have been subjected to appropriate treatment to eliminate such organisms.
