In the event of temporary difficulties in the supply of propagation material and fruit trees satisfying the requirements of these regulations due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances, measures may be adopted in accordance with the procedure of Article 19(2) of Council Directive 2008/90/EC, concerning the marketing of propagation material and fruit trees meeting less stringent requirements.
