(1) During the production of propagating material and responsible official body shall ensure that suppliers have in place, as appropriate relevant genera or species, a plan to identify and monitor critical production process. That plan shall at least concern the following elements:

(a) location and number of plants;

(b) timing of their cultivation;

(c) propagation operations;

(d) packaging, storage and transportation operations.
