S.L. 437.3 Art. 2Certificate of hybrid breeding pigs.

(1) The following particulars shall be mentioned in the certificate of hybrid breeding pigs:

(a) issuing body;

(b) entry number in register;

(c) date of issue;

(d) system of identification;

(e) identification;

(f) date of birth;

(g) genetic type, line;

(h) sex;

(i) name and address of breeder;

(j) name and address of owner.

(2) For the purpose of these regulations "trading partner" in the meaning of article 2 of the Veterinary Services Act shall mean -

(a) a Member State of the European Community;

(b) a Third country to the European Community.
