S.L. 439.2 Art. 6Inspections.

(1) The competent authority shall carry out inspections in order to ensure that the provisions of these regulations are being complied with.

(2) The competent authority may carry out inspections in the case of inspections made for other purposes which fall under its competence and shall each year cover a statistically representative sample of the different rearing systems used in Malta.
