S.L. 449.31 Art. 13Surfaces.

(1) Surfaces, including surfaces of equipment that come in contact with food must be:

(a) maintained in a sound condition; and

(b) be easy to clean and, where necessary, disinfect.

(2) Surfaces shall be smooth, impervious, washable and non-toxic.
